Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with the Platform, the software or the community. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone with an account.

The principle

Use the Platform for your own trading, learning and workflow. Do not use it to attack our systems, to take advantage of other members, or to do something to a third party that we would have to answer for.

Against our systems

The following are prohibited without exception.

Attempting to bypass, exploit, probe, stress-test, overload or otherwise interfere with our servers, database, workers or APIs.

Attempting to gain access to an account, a record, an environment or a part of the Platform that is not yours.

Circumventing a licence check, an activation limit, a plan entitlement or a paywall, or helping anyone else do so.

Running unauthorised bots, scrapers or automated clients against the Platform, or extracting its content in bulk.

Uploading malware, or using the Platform to distribute it.

Reverse engineering the software, which the Software Licence deals with in full.

Against other people

The community exists because people are civil in it.

Harassing, threatening, bullying or abusing another member, or targeting anyone on the basis of who they are.

Spamming the Discord community or any other channel, including unsolicited direct messages and unsolicited promotion of your own products or links.

Scamming, defrauding or attempting to defraud another member, including any form of signal-selling, account-management offer or investment scheme pitched inside our community.

Impersonating TradinSolutions, a member of staff, a moderator or another member.

Publishing someone else's personal information, or sharing another member's trading data.

In the market and with third parties

Our tools connect to other people's systems and their rules apply.

Deploying a copier or any other tool to intentionally exploit a broker's pricing error, a stale quote, a latency gap or a system fault.

Using our software to manipulate a market, or in any conduct that constitutes market abuse where you or your broker are located.

Deliberately breaching a prop firm's rules, or using our tools to disguise a breach from the firm.

Using the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose.

Connecting an account you are not authorised to trade, or trading someone else's money without the licence the law requires for it.

Reporting a problem

If you see any of this happening, tell us through the support desk or the community moderators. Reports are handled confidentially.

Enforcement

We investigate what is reported and what our own monitoring finds. Depending on what we find, we may warn you, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend your access or terminate your account permanently. For the deliberate conduct listed above, suspension or termination is immediate and no refund is due, and we will report unlawful conduct to the authorities and to any third party it affected.

Appealing

If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, say so through the support desk, or write to legal@tradinsolutions.com if you would rather put it formally. We will look at it again, and we will tell you the outcome either way.
